We're looking for a curious, creative, and self-driven content producer to join our team. In this role, you will partner with content analysts, content writers, content strategists, video producers, designers, and other Marketing teams to define and develop marketable content assets relevant to the buyer journey. A few examples of deliverables include eBooks, infographics, social cards, and videos. This role will report to the Director of Content Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with content analysts, writers, copywriters, video producers, and designers to develop and produce compelling, multimedia, cross-promotional marketing assets (including writing, editing, formatting, and design).

  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to repurpose existing high-performing content or create new content formats to address ongoing business, brand, and channel needs (blog, email, link building, partners, SEO, social, etc).

  • Identify scalable opportunities to elevate content with new formats, visual elements, CTAs, plug-ins, etc.

  • Research and test content design solutions to ensure user engagement, efficiency, and accessibility of content.

  • Develop scalable content templates for multiple CMS platforms that include formatting elements and UI copy.

  • Collaborate with other Content team members, Brand, SEO, and other channels to maximize ROI for each piece.

  • Define formatting processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand to make sure content includes the latest design innovations and best practices.

  • Bring creativity, problem-solving, project management, and great communication skills to manage multiple projects.

  • Keep up to date on the latest trends for content ideation, creation, development, design, and production.

  • Work on side projects as needed (e.g., blog articles, copy snippets for product pages, sprints, etc.).

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in marketing, communications, or writing) or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with editorial and marketing content including writing, editing, formatting, and design

  • Foundational and technical knowledge of multimedia asset design, production, and promotion

  • Experience developing scalable design systems, processes, and workflows

  • Experience drafting short-form content (video scripts) and mid-length content (articles/blogs under 1,200 words)

  • Keen level of focus, attention to detail, and organization

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Passion for digital storytelling and a persistent curiosity

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-pace, deadline-driven environment

  • Prior experience in corporate/software environment and/or for a content marketing organization highly desired
