We are looking for a UX researcher to help create better, more usable products. This position will work closely with the UX, product, and engineering teams to conduct user research to inform teams on how to improve our products. The ideal candidate loves doing research and is always looking to find better ways of collecting data.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with other UX researchers and product designers to conduct user research and usability testing
Create comprehensive research plans and be able to lead user research initiatives
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, with the ability to mix methods depending on the research initiative
Design surveys and collect and synthesize results from them
Synthesize user research to produce easy-to-understand artifacts for non-researchers
Understand and be an advocate for user-centered design processes
Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design
Create presentations and other artifacts for UX, product, engineering, and overall organization to consume
Create wireframes, sketches, and other low-fidelity design artifacts
Communicate UX research into actionable next steps for larger UX team
What You Will Need
2 + years experience working in user research, digital product design, user experience, information architecture, interaction design, or related fields.
Experience conducting usability studies, user interviews, contextual inquiry, and other user research tasks
Understanding of accessibility, including 508 and WCAG compliance
Bachelor's Degree required
