Capterra is looking for a Product Specialist to join our growing product team. In this role, you will work with Product Managers, supporting initiatives to optimize and enhance Capterra’s product.
What You’ll Do:
Competitive analysis / peer site research.
Monitor and analyze end user screen recordings and heatmaps.
Monitor site for bugs and other blockers to a fantastic user experience.
Support larger product initiatives through research, organization, execution, and testing.
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
Experience working in digital product development, strategy, analysis, or related, preferably in an e-commerce or B2B company.
Excellent written and oral communication, with strong comfort on the phone and speaking to groups.
Desire for continuous learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.
