Product Manager (Search Experience)
Gartner Digital Markets is looking for an experienced product manager, focused on enhancing, optimizing, and growing the search experience on our site.. In this role, you will work closely with fellow product managers as well as the engineering, UX, and design teams to help deliver delightful and helpful experiences to users.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and continuously improve our search experience to ensure users can always find what they are looking for
Define product requirements – work with design, business and engineering teams to develop detailed wireframes and requirements
Actively contribute to long-term product innovation, planning, development, and rollout
2+ years of experience managing a digital product, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B software space, with an emphasis on delivering quality search experiences in a rapid, iterative fashion
Experience translating customer and business needs into features and solutions, delivering delightful and frictionless customer experiences
Proven ability to write detailed product requirements, success metrics, and test cases, manage existing products and evolve/optimize their performance using metrics and data (especially Google Analytics)
Strong attention to detail—meticulous and accurate
Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, and/or Lucene is a plus
Experience with Scrum is a plus
