We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing, dynamic Vendor Marketing team, serving as a vendor content lead for our B2B audience. This role will be responsible for creating, planning, editing and implementing thought leadership, organic social and campaign content for our software and SaaS provider clients (“vendors”), as well as longer form assets and resources. You will support a variety of vendor-facing content and campaign initiatives and work closely with other marketing and content team leads to execute a growing vendor-facing content strategy. You’ll develop original blog content and a wide variety of engaging resources, including video content, that help clients understand our offerings, onboard successfully and more. Crafting engaging and compelling content is a key responsibility of this role.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with Vendor Marketing team managers and other Digital Markets stakeholders to determine overall content needs to support our global vendor marketing activities and ensure cross-team cohesive messages and strategies
  • Lead content creation for use by Vendor Marketing, Sales and other vendor-facing teams that help tell the Digital Markets story and value proposition
  • Develop content, coordinate with Content and blog advocacy teams, and support a variety of content marketing needs for marketing campaigns and activities, including original articles and content, social content, videos and presentations, onboarding materials, and more
  • Write and edit audience-specific, full-funnel content in support of campaigns and activities
  • Support enterprise storytelling and ensure vendor-facing teams understand and can deliver content successfully, in a consistent manner

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in original content development, specifically content marketing and campaign support resources
  • Strong content writing and editing, and communication skills and demonstrated success in crafting compelling content that prompts readers to take action
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of modern storytelling techniques and tactics, and adapting content for different audiences, languages, and channels
  • Experience in managing and organizing content marketing workflows, and ability to adapt and reprioritize quickly to meet evolving business needs
  • Experience developing informative and successful content marketing and campaign materials, and ability to adapt content to fit needs of different audiences, channels and roles/personas
  • Familiarity and experience working within the B2B technology space
  • Experience with content and design platforms including Microsoft suite, Adobe suite, and G-Suite
  • Experience in crafting stories and educational modules for video a plus
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders, seniority levels and teams
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
